- When do I get paid?
- Commissions clear 30 days after the customer's first paid charge (the refund window). Payouts are issued via Stripe to the bank or debit card on your Rewardful account.
- What about the $1 first-bot trial?
- The $1 trial does not pay a commission on its own — only the conversion to a paid Hobby/Pro/Studio plan does. This protects both sides from refund-driven clawbacks.
- Cookie window?
- 30 days. If a visitor clicks your link, the cookie attributes the next paid signup within 30 days to you.
- Refunds?
- If the customer refunds within 30 days the commission is clawed back. After 30 days the commission is locked in.
