Refund windows, lifetime terms, and chargeback handling.

Refund eligibility

If VibeCord does not work as described for the workload or plan you purchased, you are eligible for a refund of the affected charge. This policy does not limit non-waivable consumer-law rights.

Refund windows

  • $1 Trial: 30 days for confusing, accidental, duplicate, or non-working trials.
  • Monthly plans: 30 days from the charge for product failure or change of mind.
  • Annual plans: 14 days from the charge, with pro-rata handling when fair or legally required.
  • Founding-150 lifetime: 30 days from charge, plus consumer-law rights for major problems.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges: refunded once verified.

Founding-150 lifetime

Founding-150 is a one-time payment that grants a manually flagged lifetime Studio-tier entitlement to the purchasing VibeCord account. Lifetime means the lifetime of the VibeCord product, in perpetuity unless the company ceases operations or transfers ownership without a successor honoring lifetime entitlements.

Lifetime does not include transferable resale rights, abuse capacity, or assured operation of third-party platforms. If a platform or law requires a workload to change, VibeCord may adapt delivery while preserving the account entitlement.

Refund, credit, or pause

We offer a refund when you ask for money back and are eligible, fix-forward when you want the workload working, credit when our issue cost you build quota or uptime, and subscription pause or downgrade when you need a lower-friction option.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing problem, contact us first so we can refund or fix it directly. Chargebacks may suspend the affected paid entitlement while the payment is investigated.
